Antonina Poppy brand ships worldwide within 3 business days via UPS courier services from Italy (IT). All packages include a tracking number.

Average delivery times are as follows:

Please be aware that if you order to countries outside the EU, you are responsible for additional costs like duties and import charges, which vary by country. You'll be contacted directly by the shipping service for payment. If you decline to pay, the package may be returned or disposed of, affecting your refund.

We're not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, but each shipment is insured by standard UPS insurance. Product prices are in Euros, inclusive of taxes but exclusive of customs duties.

RETURNS

You have a 14-calendar-day window from the delivery date to return any product purchased from our online store, except for customized and sample sale items. To start the return process, email us at contact@antoninapoppy.com to express your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. We'll promptly provide all necessary details, and you'll then have another 14 days to ship the products back.

Please note that if you opt to return your order, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs and any applicable duty or tax fees. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance, as damaged or lost items won't be eligible for a refund.

Any additional duties or import charges upon delivery will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we'll refund the item cost excluding shipping (if not complimentary) and return shipping.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached.

Upon receiving the return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
